What is the difference between a GOLDENBITE Nighttime Appliance and other nighttime appliances?

Goldenbite Nighttime Oral Appliance has a patented bite guide built inside the appliance. This special guide aligns the jaw joints, the teeth, the muscles and the spine which reduces clenching and grinding. Most other night guards just stop you from grinding on your teeth and in some instances aggravate your pain issues due to the lack of consideration of your joints, muscles and spine.

How do I clean my GOLDENBITE Nighttime Appliance?

We recommend cleaning your night guard with a toothbrush thoroughly every night before putting it in your mouth.

Are there any choking hazards with GOLDENBITE?

Yes, if you wear through the material and expose the built in bite guide it could potentially dislodge and become a choking hazard. That being said we recommend that you replace your Goldenbite Nighttime Appliance every 3-4 months due to bacterial build up. Your appliance should not be of any danger to you when replaced on this schedule.

What are the benefits of a lower guard?

People generally report that a lower appliance is more comfortable than an upper one and it is less likely to activate one's gag reflex.
